Provide labor, mat'l and services to accomplish repairs, maint., & refurbishment of U.S. Navy Living Barges. Repairs & services shall include (but are not limited to) test & inspection, towing, temporary services, cleaning & sanitizing, & the potential of periodic docking. Repairs & refurbishment may include all HM&E systems; plus hab equip. such as berthing, galley, furniture, & awnings. This will be an IDIQ, FFP contract. Place of performance will primarily be on vessels within a 50-mile radius of NSSA, Portsmouth, VA. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year options. Award will be based on best value utilizing past performance/technical/price as evaluation factors. The NAICS code is 336611. This procurement is not restricted to MSRA/ABR contractors. This is a follow-on procurement. The former contract numbers were N50054-10-D-1001/1002/1003/1004.
