Excavated material will be transported to and disposed in the Jacksonville Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS) Release Zone A. Incidental work includes turbidity monitoring, environmental species monitoring, and sea turtle trawling.The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 5 March 2026 and bids will be due on or about 7 April 2026.The project estimated period of performance is as follows:The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 60 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the Notice to Proceed (NTP), (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 200 calendar days. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises.Target Price Range is Between $10,000,000.00 - $25,000,000.00.North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 237990, Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities. Small Business Size Standard is $37.0 million.THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED REQUIREMENT. NOTE: U.S. COAST GUARD CERTIFIED DREDGE IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE WORK.NOTE: NAICS code 237990?Dredging: To be considered small for purposes of Government procurement, a firm must perform at least 40 percent of the volume dredged with its own equipment or equipment owned by another small dredging concern.Solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/.
