IN ORDER TO BE GRANTED ACCESS TO THIS REQUIREMENT, ALL INTERESTED OFFERORS WILL NEED TO:

1. COMPLETE AND RETURN THE ATTACHED RESTRICTED ACCESS REQUEST FORM VIA EMAIL TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER

2. SUBMIT AN ACCESS REQUEST IN SAM.GOV

The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide Overseas Guard Services (OGS) to support the U.S. Mission Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. The Government Requires a secure environment to conduct their mission. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels adequate to meet or exceed the requirement contained in the Performance Work Statement. The Contractor shall be required to provide services in a manner that prevent loss or injury to U.S. personnel, dependents, property; destruction of assets; to prevent unauthorized access; and deter potential terrorist attacks. Anticipated period of performance is one base year and four one year options (to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government).

Background
The U.S. Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide Overseas Guard Services (OGS) to support the U.S. Mission in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a secure environment for the U.S. Mission to effectively conduct its operations, safeguarding personnel and property from potential threats.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide an organizational structure, management, and qualified staff sufficient to meet or exceed the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement.

Responsibilities include:
1. Preventing loss or injury to U.S. personnel and dependents;
2. Protecting property and preventing destruction of assets;
3. Preventing unauthorized access;
4. Deterring potential terrorist attacks.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is one base year with four one-year options, which may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government.
