U.S. Embassy Nairobi is seeking a vendor to coordinate and help collaborate with creative economy space players in Kenya through leadership and networking events. The vendor is expected to leverage its contacts and resources per the attached statement of work.

U.S. Embassy Nairobi is seeking a vendor to coordinate and help collaborate with creative economy space players in Kenya through leadership and networking events. The vendor is expected to leverage its contacts and resources per the attached statement of work.

Work Details
The purpose of this firm fixed price contract is to provide event coordination services for the Public Diplomacy Office (PDS) Nairobi. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award. The vendor should effectively gather and coordinate Kenyan and U.S. influencers in the Creative Economy field, facilitate four parallel Leadership Sessions and Networking Events in April, June, September, and December, coordinate these Sessions and Events in connection with significant Cultural and Business Happenings, and execute Embassy-approved run of show on reception night.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award.

Place of Performance
Three of the four Leadership Sessions and Networking Events will take place in Nairobi as outlined below. The final program will take place in Mombasa.
