Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking proposals for leased office space in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The goal of this Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) is to secure a modern, quality building that meets specific requirements for federal use. The selected offeror will provide a space that aligns with GSA's operational needs and standards.

Work Details
The proposed office space must be located in a modern quality building with sound construction and a facade made of durable materials. The minimum square footage required is 6,552 ABOA (usable) square feet, with a maximum of 6,897 ABOA square feet. The lease term will be an initial full term of 15 years with an initial firm term of 10 years and options for additional terms.

Key requirements include:
- Space must be contiguous and self-contained without being split by public corridors.
- Public access must be restricted to authorized entry at the reception area.
- Cannot be co-located with law enforcement agencies.
- Must provide two reserved parking spaces and between 13 to 18 unreserved parking spaces.
- Public parking must be within a quarter-mile walkable distance from the main entrance.
- Operating hours are set from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
