This initiative aims to ensure that employees and their eligible dependents have access to necessary medical services, aligning with the Embassy's commitment to support its workforce abroad.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive health insurance services to employees of the United States of America in Iraq and their eligible dependents. The services must meet the minimum benefit levels specified in the solicitation. The contractor is expected to deliver all required insurance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), specifically from sections C.1.0 through C.1.6, ensuring that no more than three customer complaints are received per month regarding service quality.
