Description

The U.S. Embassy of Tegucigalpa, Honduras has a requirement for supply of bottled water in different presentations for US Government-owned or leased residences and functional properties in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The contractor shall deliver the different bottled water as requested to the for US Government-owned or leased residences and functional properties in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four (4) one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Please see the RFQ for the quotation due date and time.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

Background
The U.S. Embassy of Tegucigalpa, Honduras requires the supply of bottled water for U.S. Government-owned or leased residences and functional properties in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of safe drinking water in various presentations to meet the needs of these facilities.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide delivery services of bottled drinking water in five-gallon containers to U.S. Government-owned or leased residential and functional properties. The services include:
1. Delivery of NSF-approved bottled five-gallon drinking water to specified locations.
2. Provision of 500 ml bottles in packages of 24 when required.
3. Compliance with NSF/ANSI standards for bottled drinking water and adherence to the U.S. Department of State Water Safety Program requirements.
4. Maintenance of valid NSF certifications for bottled drinking water production, along with providing certification documentation, laboratory test results, and quality assurance records upon request by the U.S. Government.
5. Compliance with all U.S. Embassy security, safety, and access procedures during service performance.

Period of Performance
The anticipated performance period is for a base period of twelve months with four (4) one-year options at the discretion of the Government.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
