Description

Project Scope:

The Warsaw CSU project is planned to provide physical security upgrades to the Chancery and Annex buildings, including High-Definition Video System (HDVS) and Compound Emergency Sanctuary (CES) at off-site Warehouse.

This is a Design-Build contract. The awarded contractor shall be provided with bridging documents that the contractor shall develop to 100% final design.

Background
The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), is seeking information and planning purposes for a Compound Security Upgrade (CSU) project at the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw, Poland. The project aims to provide physical security upgrades to the Chancery and Annex buildings, including High-Definition Video System (HDVS) and Compound Emergency Sanctuary (CES) at an off-site Warehouse. The project is a Design-Build contract with an estimated construction cost of $20-30 million and will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract.
