The U.S Embassy of Madagascar and Comoros requires a professional service to provide corporate travel services for official domestic travel in the Comoros Union of Government employees, contractors, and invitational travelers.

Background
The U.S. Embassy of Madagascar and Comoros is seeking a contractor to provide corporate travel services for official domestic travel within the Comoros for government employees, contractors, and invitational travelers.

The mission of this contract is to facilitate efficient and effective travel arrangements that comply with U.S. government regulations and policies.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide the following corporate travel services:
1. Travel reservations and issuance of tickets for air travel, including advance seat assignments and boarding passes.
2. Reservations for lodging accommodations.
3. Commercial automobile rental services.
4. Commercial passenger ferry services.
5. Detailed travelers' itineraries.
6. Management information and billing reports derived from the booking database.
7. Information pamphlets for government travelers utilizing the contract.

Additionally, the Contractor must assist individuals sponsored by participating agencies under this contract, including personnel on temporary duty, and may be called upon to assist U.S. citizens wishing to return to the U.S., ensuring necessary accommodations for travelers with disabilities.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in the Comoros Union.
