Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing direct legal representation services during the transfer of approximately 23,000 active cases from the previous legal service providers.

The tasks include:
I. Transition-In: Assume operational responsibility from Acacia without service disruption;
II. Legal Orientations: Conduct orientations to inform UAC of their rights;
III. Legal Consultations: Provide one-on-one consultations to assess eligibility for immigration relief;
IV. Direct Legal Representation: Offer legal representation as required by law;
V. Legal Service Provider (LSP) Network Management: Oversee a nationwide network of qualified LSPs, ensuring quality control and performance monitoring;
VI. Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting: Manage data related to service delivery and network operations;
VII. Pro Bono Maximization: Enhance pro bono involvement in service delivery;
VIII. Transition-Out: Ensure smooth transfer of responsibilities and knowledge to incoming contractors at the end of the contract.
