Description

U.S. Customs & Border Protection intends to enter a firm, fixed price contract with Oritain USA, Inc. for a pilot demonstration of Oritain's cotton origin verification capability as a result of an unsolicted proposal received and evaluated in accordance with FAR 15.6. This 60-day demonstration will assist CBP Office of Trade, Trade Remedy Law Enforcement (TRLED) Directorate in determining the capabilities and applicability of this technology. The total cost of this demonstration is $98,750.00.

In accordance with FAR 15.607(b)(2), a fully approved justification and approval is attached to this notice. This notice is in accordance with FAR 15.607(b)(4).
