Background
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is responsible for securing the nation’s borders, facilitating legitimate trade and travel, and enforcing trade laws. The Office of Trade (OT) consolidates the trade policy, program development, and compliance measurement functions of CBP into one office. The contractor will support various programs and initiatives involving a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, such as the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) program, Advanced Trade Analytics Platform (ATAP) program, Forced Labor Prevention, and the 21st Century Customs Framework.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Communications, Training, Stakeholder Engagement and Operations, and Deployment support services for CBP under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The specific tasks include developing communication plans, creating messaging content, conducting research, providing executive communications support, developing training programs, designing training materials, managing stakeholder engagement strategies, advising on outreach methodologies and communication channels, supporting strategic planning, evaluating programs and management support, assisting in deployment planning & readiness, implementation activities, and transition planning.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be determined based on subsequent task orders issued under the IDIQ contract.

Place of Performance
The place of performance for this contract will be at various locations as determined by subsequent task orders.
