The purpose of this amendment to the Request for Quotes (RFQ) identified in Block 9A is to provide Government responses to questions submitted timely per the instructions included in Section III of the RFQ. Included with this amendment is attachment 2.5.1 70B06C25Q000000073 Attachment 3 Question and Answer- Government Responses.pdf which provides all Government responses.

Also attached to this Amendment A00001 is 2.5.1 70B06C25Q00000073 A00001 Attachment 2- Statement of Work.pdf. This is an amended Statement of Work based on a change the Government is making based on a question received, specifically Question #4. The Government is changing the PAVA formula for the projectile identified at SOW Section 4.3.1 from ".5% ( .03%) PAVA Powder" to "2.0% ( .03%) PAVA Powder." This is the only change to the SOW. Quoters shall disregard the original SOW posted with the solicitation and use the version attached with this amendment.

All other terms and conditions, technical requirements, and due date and time for quotes is unchanged.

Background
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking to establish a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Less Lethal Pressurized Air Launcher Systems (LLPALS) to support the Law Enforcement Safety & Compliance Directorate.

This acquisition aims to provide essential equipment that enhances law enforcement capabilities while ensuring safety and compliance with operational standards.

Work Details
The contract will cover the procurement of Less Lethal Pressurized Air Launcher Systems (LLPALS).

The anticipated contract includes firm, fixed pricing for these systems, with a minimum guarantee of $5,000 and a maximum order amount not exceeding $7,500,000 over the life of the contract.
