Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the procedures in FAR Part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The United States Coast Guard has a requirement for the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and support of three advanced training devices:

One (1) MH-60T Level 7 Flight Training Device (FTD)
One (1) Hoist Mission Training System (HMTS)
One (1) Portable Hoist Mission Training System (P-HMTS)

The Contractor will be responsible for the MH-60T Level 7 FTD and for managing the delivery and integration of the HMTS and P-HMTS. The Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of program management, device integration, delivery, installation, acceptance testing, documentation, training, and warranties (standard and or extended warranties).

The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 70Z02326R93150001. The United States Coast Guard Office of Contracting & Procurement (C&P) Air Acquisitions (CG-AIR-C12) invites your company to submit a proposal.

This RFP is a Small Business set aside, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333310 - Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing, Business Size Standard - 1,000 Employees, and Product Service Code (PSC) 6910 Training Aids.

Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for advanced training systems to enhance the operational capabilities of its aircrew. The goal of this contract is to design, fabricate, deliver, install, and support three specific training devices: the MH-60T Level 7 Flight Training Device (FTD), the Hoist Mission Training System (HMTS), and the Portable Hoist Mission Training System (P-HMTS).

This initiative is part of the USCG's commitment to maintaining high standards in aircrew training and operational readiness.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following deliverables:

- Includes cockpit replication, flight dynamics, motion systems, visual and display systems, image generation, avionics integration, simulated mission equipment, instructor operator station, and communications systems.

- Comprehensive program management including delivery, installation, acceptance testing, documentation, training materials for operators and maintainers, and warranty support.
