Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 70B03C26R00000100 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Southern Border Food Services in accordance with the requirements of the attached Statement of Work (Solicitation Attachment 1). CBP intends to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-Year Order Period.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION:

The deadline for receipt of proposals for this requirement is: See above. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Proposal submissions must be submitted by email only to Contract Specialist Christopher Shaw at: christopher.j.shaw@cbp.dhs.gov. Subject line of the email should read: Response to RFP 70B03C26R00000100: SB Food Services IDIQ . Pricing submitted, using attachment 3 pricing sheets, must be for all SOW requirements and must be valid for at least 150 calendar days after close of the solicitation.

Background
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is issuing this solicitation for Southern Border Food Services as part of its mission to provide essential services at various U.S. Border Patrol locations.

The goal of this contract is to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the delivery and distribution of meals and related services over a five-year period.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing food services at four regional U.S. Border Patrol locations: San Diego Sector, El Paso Sector, Rio Grande Valley Sector, and Miami Sector.
