Background
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), United States Border Patrol Headquarters. The RFQ is for the procurement of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) for specialized units who patrol our Nation's borders. The ATVs are being procured as Brand name (or equal) IAW the stated salient characteristics included in the Statement of Work (SOW). It is the intent of CBP to procure commercially available equipment. A single firm-fixed-price purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures.

Work Details
The specific products to be procured include Can-Am 450 ATV- DRT, Yamaha Grizzly 700 ATV-SWB, Can-Am Outlander 1000 ATV-SWB, Can-Am Outlander 850-GFN, Kodiak 700, Yamaha 700 Raptor, Griizzly 700, and other similar ATVs as per the attached Schedule of Supplies/Services. The total funded value of the award is $0.00. The solicitation also includes clauses related to Employees of Whistleblower Rights, Orders--Commercial Products and Commercial Services, Contract Type, Specifications, Statement of Work, Packaging, Packing and Marking, Contractor Performance Evaluations, Electronic Invoicing and Payment Requirements - Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), Government Consent of Publication/Endorsement, Post Award Evaluation of Contractor Performance, and Contract Services Not Requiring a Background Investigation.
