U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Mission Command Center (IMCC)   2

The proposed action is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Term bridge contract issued for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Headquarters (HQ) INSCOM Mission Command Center (IMCC) program. The IMCC serves as the INSCOM Commanding General's (CG) 24/7/365 focal point for operational communication with subordinate, adjacent, and the higher headquarters of organizations within the Army, Joint, Interagency and Coalition partners, as well as the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC). The IMCC is the CG's platform to synchronize the command, and for HQ INSCOM staff to deliver proactive solutions, and communicate the Command's intent and guidance to the INSCOM force. Additionally, the IMCC maintains the command's Common Operational Picture to view organizational operations and anticipate requirements. All contractor personnel supporting this task order have daily interaction with senior members of the INSCOM Command Team, to include the CG, Deputy Commanding General (DCG), Deputy Commanding Officer, Director of Operations, Director of Support, Chief of Staff, and multiple O-6/GG15 staff principles.
