Schedule Day 1, February 4, 2025, In-Person Only:

Registration: 8:00 a.m.

Presentations: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Schedule Day 2, February 5, 2025, In-Person Only:

Registration: 8:30 a.m.

One-on-One Meetings, briefings, and lab and technology demonstrations: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Purpose:

U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) is the U.S. Army's Research, Development and Engineering Center for all Ground Vehicle and Ground Vehicle Systems technology and integration. GVSC's primary areas of focus are: autonomy and robotics, power and mobility, survivability, modelling and simulation, and advanced manufacturing.

GVSC also serves as the U.S. Department of Defense responsible agent for all ground fuels and lubricants specifications; water supply and wastewater treatment; tactical military bridging; construction equipment; and material handling equipment.

Industry Days serve as a forum to provide information on GVSC's ground vehicle systems technology focus, as well as ancillary force projection technologies, to include technology roadmaps, planned spending and opportunities for collaboration with industry, academia, and other government partners.

Presentations by GVSC's Technology Directorates will be augmented by the ability for participants to sign up for on-site individual meetings with technology leads for open discussion and capability demonstrations of select technology and laboratory facilities.

Opportunity to meet face-to-face with GVSC Technology Leads, included Leads will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Information:

Online registration period: December 30, 2024 to January 17, 2025. There will be no exception to this deadline. Registration will close on January 17, 2025.

There is no fee to attend.

This will be a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Distribution Statement D: Distribution authorized to Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only conference.

Company CAGE code numbers will be requested for registration

Suggested attendees would be representatives from small and large businesses, institutions of higher learning and governmental institutions interested in collaborating with GVSC.

Opportunities to meet with Government technical representatives on Day 2 will be available for all attendees; first-come, first-served, sign-up is limited to three timeslots per Company.

Sign-up will be available only after you are approved to attend the event. Once approved to attend the link to sign-up for One-on-Ones will be provided to you.

GVSC will make every effort to ensure sufficient representation, for these business groups, are available for meetings. Time slots will only be reserved through the website link.

Pre-Registration is required. There will not be on-site registration.

Attendees must be U.S. citizens and have a Need-to-Know.

The Industry Days will feature presentations by GVSC’s Technology Directorates covering funded and future projects in areas such as Power and Energy, Mobility, Survivability, Robotics and Autonomy, Vehicle Electronics and Architecture. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with GVSC Technology Leads during one-on-one meetings on Day 2 of the event.

These meetings will allow for open discussions and capability demonstrations of select technologies and laboratory facilities. Registration is required to attend the event.
