Description

The purpose of this sources sought notice it to perform market research and identify parties interested in and with the resources to support this requirement for a Personal Service Contract (PSC) providing qualified personnel who can monitor construction and facilities maintenance projects throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541990. All work will be performed Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS). It is anticipated a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) will be awarded with a Period of Performance (PoP) of five years in duration consisting of a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The anticipated award will also include the Extension of Services Clause, 52.217-8, which could add up to an additional six (6) months of services. If all options are exercised, the PoP could be extended to a total of 66 months. THIS IS NOT AN ACTIVE SOLICITATION, THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposal; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capability to perform the contract services described in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), please review the sources sought notice and complete the attached Capability Statement Memorandum by 02:00 PM EST on 05 August 2024.
