U.S. Army CONUS Travel Management Company Services

Background
The General Services Administration has posted a Request for Quoations (RFQ) to the GSA eBuy system for a MAS task order in accordance with 8.4 - Federal Supply Schedules. The Government's estimated total for these open market items is below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold but higher than the amount required to publicize to the Government Point of Entry. It is the Government's intent to award a task order to the MAS schedule holder that represents the best value to the Government to include the procurement of open market items required for performance of this effort.

Work Details
The U.S. Army, through the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO), requires Travel Management Company services from Contractors knowledgeable in all areas of travel services to support official travel activities of authorized DoD travelers. The DTMO maintains central oversight for commercial travel management, travel policy and implementation, customer support and training, DoD travel card program management and functional oversight for the DoD Online Booking Tool (DoD OBT). The awarded TMC shall provide support to DoD travelers by making reservations and issuing tickets for commercial modes of transportation; making reservations for car rental and lodging; and performing related services, such as reporting and maintenance of records.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be determined by the contract award.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) where the contract will be performed include designated United States Army activities and facilities throughout the DoD CONUS including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all USACE locations.
