U.S. Army (CASCOM) Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) Training and Integration Support Services

Background
This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) non-personal services contract to provide support in training and other workforce development on enterprise business systems (EBS), including enhancing the users’ experience with the systems. The U.S. Army Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) has utilized contractor support for Systems Applications and Procedures (SAP) training development for six Global Combat Service Support-Army (GCSS-Army) training development projects. CASCOM has a new mission to prepare the workforce for transition to a modernized enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform EBS workforce development support as defined in this performance work statement except for those items specified as government furnished items and services. The contractor shall review and revise existing training products, develop new training products for GCSS-Army capabilities, and improve user experience (UX) to minimize training requirements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one 10-month base period and two 12-month option periods. The period of performance is as follows: Base Period: 29 May 2023 – 28 March 2024; Option Period One (1): 29 March 2024 – 28 March 2025; Option Period Two (2): 29 March 2025 – 28 March 2026

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance shall be Ft Lee, VA or Contractor designated remote site as workload permits.
On rare occasions, performance may be required at other locations for workshop or exercise participation within the local Tri-Cities area.
