On behalf of the USAF HQ ACC Acquisition Management & Integration Center (AMIC), GSA is conducting market research to understand capabilities related Military Weapons Systems Engineering Support. Background
The Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS) is responsible for the care of national parks and supports over 300,000 visitors annually across all US states and territories. Within Grand Canyon National Park, NPS operates the Horace P. Albright Training Center, requiring a business-grade Property Management System (PMS).

Work Details
The contract involves providing a FEDRAMP compliant cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Property Management System (PMS) to manage lodging and facility operations.

Task Area 1 requires a PMS with features similar to Oracle Opera, including integration with a Payment Compliant Industry (PCI) payment system and Pay.gov.

Task Area 2 involves integrating the system with Abloy-Assay door locks, Pay.gov, and Point of Sale systems.

Task Area 3 includes providing initial training for NPS staff and ongoing product support.
