Background
The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) is seeking to procure athletic jackets for its cadets as part of their clothing issue during in-processing. The goal is to ensure that new cadets receive appropriate athletic jackets as part of their initial uniform items.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of the following athletic jackets:
- Athletic Jacket, Men's - 1600 each
- Athletic Jacket, Women's - 700 each
- Athletic Jacket, Men's, 1st Article - 1 each
- Athletic Jacket, Women's, 1st Article - 1 each

Salient characteristics include:
- Compliance with USAFA Specification 370, dated 5 May 2017.
- Jackets must be manufactured from all-weather cloth material according to USAFA specifications.
- The fabric will be provided as Government Furnished Material (GFM).
- All items must comply with regulations including the Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program.
