The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to solicit vendors capable of providing instructor support services for the Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC), Gulfport, MS. THIS IS A PRE-SOLICIATION NOTICE ONLY: This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). The complete Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be provided in the Request for Quote (RFQ). The anticipated release date of the RFQ is on or about 17 Dec 2019.The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced contract. No solicitation document exists at this time. This contract is anticipated to have a twelve (12) month base year and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The RFP will be made available electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (www.fedbizopps.gov) and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (www.neco.navy.mil) web sites. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of these documents will be issued. Offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award (www.sam.gov). This procurement will be restricted to 8(a) contractors and is identified under NAICS Code 611430 with the small business size standard being $12M.
