MARKET RESEARCH / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) - NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS Product Service Code (PSC) U009 Other Educational and Training Services The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center in Jacksonville (NAVSUP FLCJ) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of 8(a) vendors capable of providing Instructor Support Services for the Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) in Gulfport, MS. The NCTC is acquiring instructor support services to carry out the training requirements for basic construction training to military personnel in the Army, Air Force and Navy assigned to construction occupational fields. Period of Performance is 1 Feb 2020 31 Jan 2021 and contains four one-year option periods. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 611430, with a small business size standard of $11M. **This requirement is in the 8(a) program. All interested firms must be 8(a).** Interested vendors are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this requirement no later than 5:00PM (Eastern Standard Time), Monday, 7 October 2019, to Danielle Dinger at danielle.dinger@navy.mil stating the following information: (1) Sources Sought Number N68836-20-Q-0003; (2) Company name, address, POC name, phone number, fax number and email; (3) Contractor (CAGE Code); (4) Size of business Must be 8(a); (5) If the Items can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market; (6) Salient characteristics of the equipment being proposed which demonstrate the equivalency to the parts requested by the Government, in accordance with the attached Description/Specification/Requirements document; and (7) Contractor (Manufacturer or Distributer). The Government will use the result of this announcement to determine whether the acquisition of the above requirement should be solicited as a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside, or whether Full and Open Competition procedures will be utilized.
