ACTS IDIQ RFP Amendment 0003

Amendment 0003 has been generated; wherein, past performance evaluation criteria format in Section M has been updated to align with Section L format (required submission data) which remains unchanged. Also, ICL Delivery Order (DO) 0001 has been changed to a Sample DO. The requirement definition remains unchanged; however, the MRTS 3D ICL requirement will not be issued as the first delivery order after the ACTS IDIQ is awarded. A pre-priced Post Award Conference CLIN (0008, $2,000.00) has been added to the ACTS IDIQ and serves as the minimum guarantee; no pricing for CLIN 0008 need be proposed, neither will CLIN 0008's price factor into the total evaluated price. Lastly, the proposal validity period is extended from 180 to 240 days. New proposals are not requested. No additional materials, attachments or guidance will be posted. Offerors whose proposals have already been accepted by the Government for evaluation shall sign and return a copy of the signed Amendment 0003 SF-30. Signature and return of the amendment indicates the offerors agreement to the extension. Please be advised, any evaluation notices (ENs) if prepared by the Government in conjunction with evaluation of proposal responses to the ACTS IDIQ RFP, will be submitted directly and only to those offerors to whom a EN may apply.
