**Offerors:
The Government will host One on One Pre-Proposal Conferences for industry parties interested in the Type 1 FOATC effort. The event will be held on Monday April 12, 2021 via MS TEAMS. The sessions will last approximately two hours. Please notify the Government's POC Tyrone McCullom at Tyrone.McCullom.civ@mail.mil by close of business Thursday April 8, 2021 of your availability to schedule a One on One Pre-Proposal Conference session. The purpose of the one-on-one sessions is for the Government to brief industry partners about the Government's technical, logistics, and contracting strategies related to this effort. The Government may engage industry partners for clarification on responses provided to the RFP. There will also be an opportunity for industry partners to provide feedback as it relates to this effort. All questions and answers gathered from these conferences that are not proprietary will be provided and posted to beta.SAM.gov for all offeror's to view.

SOLICITATION
Type I Family of All-Terrain Cranes (FOATC)

This solicitation is for commercial items with minor military modifications. This requirement will also contain ancillary hardware, special tools and related logistical data and fielding services. This action will result in a six-year (three base ordering years and three optional ordering years) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Requirements contract awarded on a competitive basis.
The Request for Proposal number is W56HZV-19-R-0118.
The associated North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 333120.
The anticipated period of performance will include a base period of three years plus three one year option periods to be exercised at the Government's discretion. FOB Destination will apply.
