Description

See attached synopsis for N3220523R0010, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Tugs Procurement.

Background
The solicitation is for a fixed-priced time charter with reimbursable pass-through elements for two tractor-like tugs to support the requirements in Kittery, ME. The period of performance is for four years and eleven months, consisting of a one-year firm period, three additional one-year options, and a fourth option of three hundred thirty-five days. The contracting office is the Military Sealift Command, and the place of performance shall be in the geographical region of Kittery, ME and the surrounding navigable waters.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide two tractor-like tugs to support the requirements in Kittery, ME. The tugs should be offered by the stated canceling date. The delivery schedule is 01 February 2024. The solicitation will be made available on www.sam.gov on or about 23 June 2023. The procedures for acquisition will be in accordance with Part 12 using Part 15 Procedures.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is for four years and eleven months, consisting of a one-year firm period, three additional one-year options, and a fourth option of three hundred thirty-five days.
