Description

This requirement is for the Design and Construction of MWR Pool & Recreation Facility. Design and construct morale, welfare, and recreation (MWR) facilities that will consist of 4 ballfields comprising 3 softball fields and 1 multipurpose field. Scope also includes design and construction of a pool complex with splash pad and other supporting utilities. Scope also includes fencing to comply with applicable UFC. Each pavilion facility includes split masonry construction with standing seam metal roof. Construction shall avoid existing Buildings 1360 and 1361 in the same area. Safe access to Buildings 1360 and 1361 shall be maintained through construction. The project includes all utilities, site improvements, and other elements needed.
