This project will be a Two Phase Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price, Best Value, Design-Build and Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). A detailed project description and overall project performance requirements will be included in the solicitation package. This acquisition will consist of design-build and construction in support of DHA Medical Facilities in the Southern Region of the United States of America.
