Description

The Mobile District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' intent is to establish a MATOC pool for design-build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) construction actions using two-phase, full and open competition for construction requirements in Central America valued at $49M for three years. This contract will require contractors to provide all plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform construction, incidental demolition, upgrade and repair of facilities and structures.
