Two Infrasound Sensors

The U.S. Forest Service intends to acquire by contract two infrasound sensors for the Pacific Wildland Fire Sciences Laboratory in Seattle, WA.
This Request for Quotations is issued on an unrestricted basis. Quotes are due on July 24, 2015, by 3:30 p.m. Pacific. Quotes may be submitted by mail, e-mail, or fax.
Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation is determined to be most advantageous to the government based on an evaluation of the following factors: price, product specifications, delivery time, warranty terms, and technical support. For instructions regarding quote preparation, see the addendum to FAR 52.212-1.
Responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the government. In accordance with FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Lack of registration in SAM on the part of the quoter will render a quoter ineligible for award. Quoters may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by visiting www.sam.gov.
