TW-26 Power Generation Rental Combined Synopsis Solicitation *Subject to Availability of Funds*

Background
The 410th Contracting Support Brigade is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for non-personal services to provide eight (8) 15 Kilowatts (15KW) generators with maintenance and refueling services. This contract aims to ensure continuous operations 24/7, capable of powering both US equipment (110V) and European equipment (220V) at Camp Crabbs and Camp Blizzard in Antigua and Barbuda.

The solicitation is part of the support for Exercise Tradewinds 2026, which requires reliable power generation for life support and work areas during the exercise.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide eight (8) 15KW generators along with maintenance and refueling services throughout the contract duration. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for the rental of power generation equipment as defined in the Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from June 2 to June 17, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered and services performed at Camp Crabbs and Camp Blizzard in Antigua and Barbuda.

Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a closely related prior contract, W912CL25PA031, awarded to Shipping Consultants Associated for $72,780 (04/22/25–05/09/25). That prior effort required providing operational generators under a performance work statement, and the current solicitation similarly calls for rental/generator support with maintenance and refueling to sustain continuous power at Camp Crabbs and Camp Blizzard.
