Description

Background
NASA Stennis Space Center has a requirement for Tubing Fittings and installation hardware as part of the E3 Component Test Bed Project. The goal of this contract is to procure, deliver, and accept specific tubing fittings and installation hardware that meet defined specifications. This procurement is set aside for small businesses.

Work Details
The contract includes the procurement of various tubing fittings and installation hardware, specifically:
- AN (Army-Navy) fittings made of 316SS complying with SAE AS4841, AS4842, AS4843 or AS4875 specifications.
- O-rings made of virgin PTFE.
- Crush washers made of copper.
- MP (Medium Pressure) and HP (High Pressure) fittings made of 316SS complying with ASME B31.3 Chapter IX.

Additional components include various sizes of TRTX (AN), reducing unions, MP adapters, B-nuts/gland nuts, sleeves/collars, O-rings, and crush washers in specified quantities.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required no later than twelve weeks after contract award.

Components shall be delivered to: ATTN. Terry Wactor, Bldg. 2204, Stennis Space Center, MS 39529-6000.

Bidders must be registered to be considered for award. This opportunity is set aside for small businesses.

NASA Stennis Space Center has a requirement for Tubing Fittings & installation Hardware. See the

All items requested in the SOW must be listed on the offer to be considered for award. Partial quotes
will not be accepted.
