TTS FedRAMP Automation Services Request For Information

TTS seeks interested contractors to provide feedback, questions, general interest, and capabilities to potentially perform the requirement drafted below. We are releasing the information early to build the requirement with industry and to ensure the outcome is advantageous to both industry and TTS. GSA desires to exchange information, ideas, feedback, and innovations with vendors who may be interested in an upcoming FY20 (4th quarter) requirement. The purpose of exchanging information is to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities, thereby allowing potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government's requirements, and enhancing the Government's ability to obtain quality supplies and services, at reasonable prices, and increase efficiency in proposal preparation, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award. An early exchange of information among industry and the program manager, contracting officer, and other participants in the acquisition process can identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition strategy, including proposed contract type, terms and conditions, and acquisition planning schedules; the feasibility of the requirement, including performance requirements, and data requirements; the suitability of the proposal instructions and evaluation criteria, including the approach for assessing past performance information; the availability of reference documents; and any other industry concerns or questions. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), Solicitation or a promise to issue an RFP, RFQ or Solicitation in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Unsolicited proposals will not be accepted. Interested parties are advised that the U.S. Government will NOT pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Solicitation, if issued. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. No commitment is being made to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and must be clearly marked.
