This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a contractor to provide (1) pharmacist nonpersonal service healthcare providers to the Tsaile Health Center (THC), Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS). Located in Tsaile, AZ 86556, Navajo Route 64 & 12.

Background
The Tsaile Health Center (THC), part of the Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS), is seeking a contractor to provide nonpersonal service healthcare by supplying one pharmacist.
