TSA Real-time Analytic Platform for Incident Deterrence (RAPID) IT Services

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking information technology (IT) services and technology experts to support the TSA Real-time Analytic Platform for Incident Deterrence (RAPID) system. The requirements include program/project management, application development/enhancements, technical solutions, and application support services. The work will involve tasks such as configuration and enhancement changes to RAPID, requirements management support, design, development, integration and testing, implementation, configuration management, knowledge transfer, performance objectives identification and monitoring, and deliverables submission. The period of performance for this contract is 12 months from award with the potential for 4 option years. The work will primarily be performed at the Freedom Center in Herndon, VA, with remote access available to vetted/approved personnel via secure virtual private network (VPN).
