TryHackMe Certs and Licenses

Background
The Cyber-Formal Training Unit (C-FTU) requires a commercial SaaS cybersecurity training platform to enhance the skills of its personnel.
The goal of this contract is to provide a TryHackMe Business Subscription License that includes user seats and certification attempts for Security Analyst Level 1 (SAL1) and Pentester Level 1 (PT1) examinations, thereby supporting the DoD's mission to develop a qualified cyberspace workforce.

Work Details
The vendor shall provide 100 TryHackMe Business Subscription Licenses and 40 certification attempts.
The salient characteristics include:
1. Browser-based access with no local software installation required.
2. Integrated VM attack box for each user with root or administrator privileges.
3. Unlimited access to all current and future content during the contract period.
4. Ability for instructors to create custom rooms and capture the flag (CTF) challenges at no additional cost.
5. Integrated certification attempts with scheduling, proctoring, and results delivery within the platform.
6. Skills reporting dashboards that map tasks to NIST NICE framework and allow data export in CSV and PNG formats.
7. Support for SAML or OIDC single sign-on with multifactor authentication (MFA).
8. Flexible license transfer among users without fees while preserving learner history.
9. REST API for progress data retrieval by Guardian Learning Management Ecosystem.
10. Content refresh cadence with at least two new labs or challenges released weekly.
11. Compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II controls, with data stored in CONUS cloud regions.

Period of Performance
One base year with four one-year options.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in a cloud environment accessible from within the continental United States.
