This announcement constitutes the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Try-Decide-Buy (TDB). The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Human Systems Division (AFLCMC/WNU) is seeking industry proposals for the TDB Multi-Award IDIQ Contract with a ceiling of $950 million. Please refer to the attached Section L, Paragraph 3.8 for Proposal Due Date and Delivery Location.

The Government will accept questions regarding this RFP. Please submit questions using the attached Comment Resolution Matrix to the POCs listed above by 5:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time on 29 May 2019. Questions will be answered and posted back on Fed Bizz Opps under this announcement.

Including the NAICS code listed above, the four core NAICS codes are: 314999, 315990, 333314 and 339113.
