Amendment A00002

The purpose of Amendment 00002 is to notify all potential orrerors the due date of Past Performance Questionnaires has been changed from 22 January 2021 to 26 February 2021. Attached is a revised Client Authorization Letter. There are no other changes at this time.

Amendment A00001

The purpose of Amendment 00001 is to incorperate the wage determinations into the solicitation. Wage Determinations AZ20200009 dated 06/05/2020 and AZ20200036 dated 08/21/2020 apply to this procurement.

The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) is issuing a solicitation (negotiated) for the purpose of rehabilitating approximately 19,730 linear feet of the existing sewer pipeline known as the Trunkline and International Outfall Interceptor (IOI) in Nogales, Arizona with an option to rehabilitate an additional 8,634 linear feet.
