Trumbo Pool Renovations

The contractor shall provide all design, labor, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary to perform the repairs to the concrete deck, and provide a new coating for the pool deck, replace the existing overhead pole mounted site lighting with LED high futures on cross arms utilizing the existing poles/conductors, remove and replace the three oversized double doors at the rear of the building, make minor plaster repairs to deficiencies to the exterior of the building, and repaint the exterior with two (2) coats of high quality exterior grade paint, and remove the existing metal roof, install a layer of peel and stick waterproofing membrane, and replace with llike kind standing seam metal white roof in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 15 February 2024 and contractor's proposal dated 15 April 2024.
