This requirement will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable and is for the procurement and replacement of truck tires. Please provide a price quote for the details shown in the attached statement of work to include installation. Please provide a GSA contract number if you have one. The tires must be procured and installed 90 days from date of award of contract. If you cannot meet this timeline, provide a justification. Tires must be 2026 year and vendor must be within 30 miles of installation site.

Background
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requires the procurement and replacement of truck tires for the TV MERS detachment to ensure the operational readiness of their fleet.
