Description

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The contractor shall complete services in accordance with the requirements specified herein. The operations to be performed shall include:

Floor Project

Supply and install -New 5 1/8" tight knot mixed grain Fir on approx... 700 SQ ft. First floor.

Supply and install -New vertical grain fir treads and risers on stairway and landing.

Supply and install all necessary finish trim.

Sand and Finish all new floor and stairway installation.

Finish process will be 2 coats Bona Drift sealer( oil based ), 2 coats Bona Traffic HD.( water based polymer).

No power on site, Installer must provide own power source and tools.

The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, vehicles, services, permits, licenses, and certifications necessary to perform work.
