Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Cost Plus No Fee Advanced Acquisition Contract (AAC) Modification for Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Lot 7. The modification to Contract N00019-19-C-0008 was awarded 31 May 2023. The modification was not awarded competitively. The modification was awarded in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, which states that only one responsible source and no other suplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
