Description

The Combined Chemical Test Facility (CCTF) at DPG currently uses Liquid Chromatographs with Mass Spectrometers (LC/MS) for analyzing test samples. Existing single Quadrupole LC/MS instruments are not sensitive enough to analyze CWA samples to the required testing levels. LC/MS Triple Quad (TQ) is a more sensitive instrument for analysis of CWA samples. Therefore, the Agilent 6495 Triple Quad LC/MS will be used to analyze samples with a detection limit that is 1000 times more sensitive than a single Quadrupole LC/MS instrument.
