This is the official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the TRICARE Pharmacy, 5th Generation (TPharm5) requirement.

TPharm5 is the continuing requirement to provide pharmacy benefits for the Military Health System (MHS) by providing access to prescription medications through a retail pharmacy network, dispensing prescriptions through a mail order pharmacy (MOP), and adjudicating Military Treatment Facility (MTF) prescriptions with all other prescriptions using a central patient profile reflecting transactions at all points of service using full and open competition.

Questions must be submitted no later than 1600 MDT on August 12, 2020. Questions and answers will be posted publically on the same RFP posting, if applicable.

A virtual pre-proposal conference will be hosted on September 2, 2020. More details to follow.
