Background
The TRICARE Medicare Eligible Program (TMEP) is a program aimed at providing comprehensive healthcare services to dual Medicare and TRICARE eligible beneficiaries within the United States (U.S.), Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is responsible for overseeing this program and has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit offers for the provision of these services. The RFP emphasizes the importance of compliance with instructions in Section L and provides detailed guidance on proposal submission requirements.

Work Details
The work to be performed under this contract includes claims processing, customer service, and management functions related to providing healthcare services to dual Medicare and TRICARE eligible beneficiaries. The offeror is required to describe their approach for ensuring timely and accurate claims processing, establishing comprehensive customer service via multiple avenues of access, and providing necessary oversight and risk management in delivering high-quality services. Additionally, the offeror must address staffing models, training, retention, and other aspects related to maintaining staff, facilities, systems, and infrastructure to achieve the requirements.
