Description

The American Embassy in Bucharest (4-6 Dr. Liviu Librescu Blvd., Bucharest, Romania) requires services of a Specialized (Roads, alleys and sidewalks maintenance and reparations) Contractor to repair cracks and fissures, apply surface improvement treatment on parking asphalted surface, repairs to trench drain system and repaint the parking lines within the Embassy Parking Lot, as identified in this Statement of Work (SOW).

The surfaces required to be treated, repaired and repainted are not new construction. The surfaces are asphaltic layer finish (road or pedestrian traffic) and the services being requisitioned are for surfaces (unevenness, cracks, and crevices), drains reparations work, and re-painting work for restoration of all longitudinal and transverse markings (i.e. car spots delimitation lines. pedestrian access & crossing, handicap parking signs etc.).

The U.S. Embassy in Bucharest, Romania, is seeking a specialized contractor for maintenance and repair services of the parking lot. The mission of the embassy includes ensuring the safety and functionality of its facilities, which necessitates the upkeep of its parking areas. The goal of this contract is to address existing issues in the parking lot surface and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:

1. Repairing cracks and fissures in the asphalt surface.
2. Applying surface improvement treatments to enhance the durability and appearance of the parking lot.
3. Conducting repairs to the trench drain system to ensure proper drainage and prevent water accumulation.
