Treasury IRS PGLD Records Modernization Support - MRAS

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking support for its Records Management Modernization and e-Records Digitization efforts. The IRS is working towards implementing a robust and efficient records management program that complies with federal laws and regulations. The contractor will provide expertise in records management, training, business process documentation, tracking, reporting, and workflow development. The goal is to enhance the IRS's technology to support enterprise content management and digitization efforts. The contract will have a base period of 12 months with four optional 12-month periods.

The work will be performed at the contractor's offices and/or at an IRS on-site location. The contractor will be responsible for various tasks including transition and onboarding, phase-in activities, phase-out support, training development, briefings, working sessions, electronic records management support, records control schedule updates, web-based records control schedule development, paper records business process study, digitization program management support, and more.

Deliverables include reports, plans, assessments, training materials, documentation updates, and other related products. The contractor will be required to comply with Section 508 accessibility standards for information and communication technology products and services.
