TREAS - IRS - Riverbed Software Recompete - MRAS

The vendor will be responsible for providing essential software updates, patches, upgrades, bug fixes, and enhancements as required. This includes ensuring seamless transition support between contracts within TREAS/IRS and offering major product upgrades at no additional cost. Furthermore, the vendor must facilitate defect-free media delivery and enable product returns or replacements if necessary.

Additionally, the vendor must provide IRS with rights to move software across devices while ensuring complete removal from initial devices. The deliverables include timely maintenance releases along with user documentation concurrent with commercial availability. Vendors are also expected to provide access to downloadable software via an approved website design by IRS/TREAS prior to contract execution. The vendor must maintain an operable website for IRS access or face potential contract termination or other legal ramifications.
